Margarita is a passionate and dedicated yoga practitioner for more than 10 years. She has successfully completed Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training with one of the leading international yoga schools. Margarita has been teaching Pregnancy, Post-Natal and Mother & Baby Yoga all across the world for more than 6 years and has developed a unique style and experience which you will not find elsewhere in the UK.
Yogi: Sandra Berlin

Sandra is a 5oo-RYT accredited yoga teacher with a diverse background in dance, sports and martial arts. She has been practising yoga for over 15 years, and teaching people from all abilities and backgrounds, including professional athletes, since 2016.
Sandra is fascinated by movement and body mechanics, especially the way in which our bodies are so wonderfully unique and all capable of feats that amaze us.
With a joyful sense of humour and her South American warmness, her classes are fun and inclusive, promoting a sense of security and ease for her students. She is also an anatomy geek, constantly striving to empower her students to develop their own individual practice with safe alignment and technique through information, feeling and curious self enquiry. "
Yogi: Abir Hamza-Goodacre

Abir gained her Teacher Training qualification through YogaWorks in San Francisco and is currently training for her RTY500 with Annie Carpenter (Smartflow). She brings a fresh and soulful approach to yoga practice, incorporating a dynamic sequence of poses and breath work to strengthen and align the body, and quiet the mind. Abir is also a Registered Nutrition Practitioner and was drawn to yoga because of its healing elements, not just to the body, but also the mind & spirit.
Pilates Instructor: Elizabeth Webb

Elizabeth qualified as a Pilates instructor with Physical Mind Institute (PMI) seven years ago and has more recently furthered her understanding of Pilates by becoming a Reformer practitioner. She has been practicing Pilates for 14 years and truly believes it is a form of exercise for all levels of fitness. Being a Pilates instructor is a ‘second life’ for Elizabeth as she spent 20 years in the corporate world in Human Resources.
Yogi: Caron Williamson

Caron teaches traditional Hatha yoga, having studied, practised and taught in India and internationally. Caron fell in love with yoga when she moved to India in 2011 with her husband and two little daughters. Yoga was a revelation and has been her consistent framework for experiencing a joyful and meaningful life ever since. She loves teaching yoga as it allows for authentic connection and spreads the beauty of the practice to those wanting to make their own journey of self discovery.
